COLBC Physical Development Block 1 - U14

The City Of Leeds is happy to announce that COLBA Academy Coach Murray Bingham has been tasked with developing a whole-club strength and conditioning offer which will add significant value to the programme.

Strength and conditioning is often overlooked in youth sports and many young athletes don’t get access to structured physical development until later in their careers. By making this program accessible, we’re giving all players the chance to build that foundation early and it’s about more than just performance. It’s also about equipping young athletes with the tools to train effectively and build a lifelong relationship with physical activity. Whether they aim to be elite basketball players or simply want to stay active and healthy, they’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to do so.
