All Girls Basketball (8-14 Year Olds)

The All Girls Basketball Sessions are an open session for girls aged between 8 and 14 who do not play Junior National League basketball.

With our coaches focused on creating a fun environment where the aspects of fundamental movement are blended with activities and games with the core skills of basketball as a focus. 

The key areas of shooting, dribbling, passing and footwork are developed, with the children getting the opportunity to apply these skills in games.  

The session’s duration is usually 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration and is divided in to 3 segments focusing on skill development, small sided games and match play.  

Sessions are up-tempo, exciting and fun with a view to instilling a passion for the sport.  

There are currently 40 places per week available with pay to play, termly and annual subscription options.
